St. Patrick's Day Celebrations

Join The Lake Geneva School of Cooking as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
A culinary field trip to IRELAND as we put together menu highlighting this regions classic dishes and match it
with excellent wine.
This class is sure to change your usual St. Patrick’s Day dinner and make it into something extraordinary with this
"Hands-On" cooking class!
Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with cheese Popovers, as Chef John introduces himself and his staff and reviews the IRISH THEMED menu, and demonstrates a few basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.
Then let the "Hands-On" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the Irish Themed four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the Lake Geneva School of Cooking staff.
After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that you helped create.

Dinner Time, Wine Time takes you cities around the world and offers a menu that is sure to inspire a return trip!
