CHEF JOHN BOGAN RECIPES FROM THE SEASONS OF MY LIFE is a cook book incorporating Chef John's favorite recipes from each Season of the year. He has taken special care to include personal descriptions and inspirations of each recipe.
The Cook Book package includes one copy of
Chef John's Cook Book and one canister of
Chef John's Signature Seasoning.

celebrate dining around the world!
A culinary field trip to any new city or country is always about the dining experience. At the Lake Geneva School of Cooking Dinner Time, Wine Time! We will explore cuisine from; Paris, Napa Valley, Tuscany, our Americana and local Lake Geneva.
Dinner Time, Wine Time takes you cities around the world and offers a menu that is sure to inspire a return trip!
Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with cheese Popovers, as the Chef introduces himself and his staff and reviews the “city themed” menu, and demonstrates a few basic cuts and important safety techniques before broken up into teams.
Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from each city’s four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the Lake Geneva School of Cooking staff.
After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that you helped create.

At the Lake Geneva School of Cooking, we are committed to purchasing a portion of our meats, fruits and vegetables from producers who are dedicated toward environmentally-friendly farming, and who meet our high quality standards.
During warm-weather months, we offer classes that include trips to the
Lake Geneva Farmers Market to enjoy a bountiful selection of locally-grown fruits and vegetables.
We also meet with local farmers regularly throughout the year, to ensure that cooking enthusiasts who attend our classes use only the finest ingredients to create fabulous appetizers, entrées and desserts.

Benefits of "Buying Local"
Buying local helps us appreciate and utilize the flavors and variety of each season in our recipes, menus and classes. Produce that is locally grown can remain on the vine or branch longer, and is therefore fresher and more flavorful. In addition, local products have a reduced impact on the environment because they don’t have to be trucked from California, Florida or Texas.
In addition, buying local helps sustain neighboring farmers, contributing to the success of Lake Geneva's local growers and economy. Each trip to a local farm or market generates more money, profiting these growers and the local economy. Kids Cuisine Class Series 2021
Whether your child is interested in becoming a chef or just wants to cook cool food, this class is designed with the young chef in mind!
Open to children between the ages of 4 and 16, this class is exciting and educational for everyone. Moms and Dads can drop off the kids and enjoy their own lunch and shopping in Lake Geneva.
In this “Hands-On Class”, kids will be able to learn the importance of proper nutrition while enjoying the freedom to create a well balanced meal.
After everyone is done cooking, we will sit down for a family style lunch where the children will learn and discuss 12 Basic Table Manners for Kids. It’s a great way for children to make new friends and explore a new activity in a fun, controlled environment where we don’t mind a mess!
Classes will be held on the selected following dates:
Session I: Tuesday & Wednesday, July 6th / 7th
Session II: Tuesday & Wednesday, July 27th / 28th
Session III: Tuesday & Wednesday, August 17th / 18th
Classes are held: 11:00 am – 2:00pm
This class is presented as a 2-day session at $95 per child.

From appetizer to dessert, we'll keep you fired up about grilling!
Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with Parmigiano Popovers as Chef introduces himself and reviews some of his favorite grilling recipes and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before breaking into cooking teams.
Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin, as you learn professional techniques for charring and searing as well as mastering how to keep meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables tender, juicy, and flavorful.
After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that will be sure to make you feel like a true "King of the Grill".

Prime Time 2021
The PRIME TIME STEAK GRILLING CLASS promises to be serious fun for all the meat lovers out there!
You and your teammates will learn the secrets of Charring and Searing your favorite Prime Steak along with three additional complimentary courses.
In this “Hands-On” four course cooking class you will enjoy a Sparkling Wine and Parmigiano Popover Reception, a Grilled Prime “Bone In” Filet and a fabulous wine tasting.
