Corporate Team Building & Private Events

Food always brings people together, so spend an evening with co-workers outside the office and enjoy an evening of cooking customized for a team building event. With the assistance of our chefs, guests will work together to prepare a delicious, gourmet meal which could be duplicated at their own kitchen or party.

 

The Chef will divide the menu up into teams; each team will be responsible for creating their own segment of the meal with recipes from CHEF JOHN BOGAN RECIPES FROM THE SEASONS OF MY LIFE cook book. The Chef and his staff will float between participants to assist, offer tips and suggestions, and address questions or concerns to make sure that every dish is a success!

Once the meal preparation is completed, our guests will have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the fine dining portion of the event.

Take a culinary field trip to Ireland as we put together menu highlighting this regions classic dishes and match it with excellent wine.

Take a step outside of your usual night out to dinner and make it into something extraordinary with this "Hands-On" cooking class!

​

Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with cheese Popovers as Chef introduces himself and goes over the nights IRISH Themed menu and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

​

Then let the "Hands-On" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the staff.

​

After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that you helped create.
