“Tis’ the Season”

for Holiday Team Building

& Holiday Private Parties!

Food always brings people together, so spend an evening with co-workers outside the office and enjoy Holiday Cooking.

With the assistance of our chefs, guests will work together to prepare a

delicious, gourmet meal with recipes from

CHEF JOHN BOGAN RECIPES FROM THE SEASONS OF MY LIFE cook book, which could be duplicated at your own Holiday Party.

As we get into the Holiday Spirit, guests will listen to their favorite Christmas carols while enjoying Holiday Popovers. Even better, to spice things up, Chef John will provide guests with a toast of sparkling wine, the perfect chance to wish everyone a happy and healthy new year in this three to four hour event.

To ensure the night is warm and merry, once the meal preparation is complete, guests can relax and mingle among themselves over a beautiful, candlelit meal

everyone personally prepared.

A typical Culinary Holiday Culinary Event includes:

  • Prior to your event, we gather background information, such as corporate environment, meeting themes and buzzwords. Your Team Building experience can be customized to meet your group's needs

  • Upon arrival, the LGSC staff greets your guest and introduces you to Lake Geneva School of Cooking facilities and staff.

  • We kick-off the event with with a sparkling wine toast and enjoy warm Parmigiano Popovers. We will review the events timelines, procedures, teams and discuss the event menu.

  • We then create course team, each team receiving a recipe for their assigned dining course. Each course team will dress in a LGSC chef hat and LGSC apron.

  • Your Chef will lead the groups in basic knife techniques used in the preparation of the event’s dishes, as well as in safety and sanitation.

  • Then let the fun begin! Each course team begins preparing their course under the guidance of your Chef and the LGSC staff.

  • Let’s Eat! Once the cooking is complete, your group will then re-join for the fine dining portion of your event. Each course team will plate their course in the kitchen and serve their course to their fellow co-workers.

  • Your Chef will assist in choosing wines to pair with your menu.
